The main benefit of social media for Realtors is the constant reminder to your followers that you are an active Realtor. You will only get discouraged if you expect new clients to come flooding in from your social media posts. 🙂

Karen was raised in Chicago, and attended the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
After graduating with a business degree, Karen moved to Miami Florida. Karen spent 3 years with the Miami Dolphins as a Cheerleader and in 1994 began her career in Mortgage Banking with Wells Fargo. Karen spent 11 years as a mortgage banker and managed a new construction group. In 2006 Karen became a Realtor in the Greater Nashville Area.

Karen’s husband, DeVan Ard Jr. is the founder and CEO of Reliant Bank which is headquartered in Williamson County. Karen and DeVan are the proud parents of five children and two grandchildren.

Having spent 24 years in the Real Estate industry, Karen understands that buying or selling a home is very personal and important undertaking. Karen sells all price range homes and enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers in all segments of the Real Estate market.
