SilverPointe Properties has created a new tool for our agents to use. We have created SilverPointe only TAR Transaction Desk / Authentisign templates. These templates are now loaded into your TAR Transaction Desk / Authentisign site automatically. You won’t need to do anything.
 
Whenever you are create a new transaction, whether it be starting from scratch or starting from an MLS listing, you will be able to add all of the forms you will need for the transaction with one click on a template. You will find we have saved the forms in the order in which they are needed in a transaction. We hope you will find this helpful.

This will open this MLS listing in Transaction Desk. The first screen that opens is called “CREATE TRANSACTION” and the templates can be found in the drop down menu.
