Karen was raised in Chicago, and attended the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse.
After graduating with a business degree, Karen moved to Miami Florida. Karen spent 3 years with the Miami Dolphins as a Cheerleader and in 1994 began her career in Mortgage Banking with Wells Fargo. Karen spent 11 years as a mortgage banker and managed a new construction group. In 2006 Karen became a Realtor in the Greater Nashville Area.

Karen’s husband, DeVan Ard Jr. is the founder and CEO of Reliant Bank which is headquartered in Williamson County. Karen and DeVan are the proud parents of five children and two grandchildren.

Having spent 24 years in the Real Estate industry, Karen understands that buying or selling a home is very personal and important undertaking. Karen sells all price range homes and enjoys working with Buyers and Sellers in all segments of the Real Estate market.

Dale is a full time Broker with SilverPointe Properties in Brentwood, Tennessee and a member of the Transition Pointe Team as well. Dale graduated from Lipscomb University in 2012 . While at Lipscomb, Dale was a member of the Vanderbilt University Football Staff, where he was deeply involved with the team working practices, game day sideline duties, worked with specified Coaches in preparing practice scripts, and breaking down opponent game film for nearly 4 years.

More recently, Dale has obtained valuable experience in working with area appraisers dealing with raw land valuations and study.

Dale was born into a family with deep roots in Real Estate, New Home Construction, and Development. He has developed his family history and heritage into his own expertise as he works for and advises his clients in Real Estate. He applies and utilizes tools that are not easily available to most area Realtors in his daily work load. Dale’s Real Estate career began working with his Father, Bayron Binkley who has shared with his son his knowledge and expertise that he garnered through his 30 years in the industry.

Dale is also a Graduate of David Lipscomb High School, aka Lipscomb Academy, where he was a Stand-out, an All-Region Linebacker in Football. Dale started and played in 2 State Championship games his Junior and Senior Seasons. Dale has been on several mission trips with his Church Group to Mexico to build homes for families and worked with Orphans.

While in College, Dale served as President of his fraternity and served as President of the Inter-Club Council. Dale also coached Defensive Backs and wide receivers for a Nashville area High School in 2008.

His personal interests includes: Fondness for dogs, playing golf and organized softball and attending High School and youth sporting events. He married Allison Keaton in October 2014.
