Get Binding Agreement Date & Final Contract

Update Client’s Contact Information in your contact database

Obtain Other Agent’s Contact Information

Add all deadlines to your Calendar

Change Status- MLS

Copy/Send everything to Judy Mangrum

  • Contract / Disclosure Statement/ Confirmation of Agency Status
  • Earnest Money Check or Copy
  • Lead Paint, Disclosures, Wire Fraud, Disclaimer
  • Buyers Rep Agreement- Designated 
  • Compensation Agreement & Disbursement Form (SilverPointe)
  • MLS Change of Status Form

Copy/Send everything to Tennessee Title or Title company of choice

Send client email congratulations, copy of contract & copies of all documents through out the process

Buyer: Set up Inspection Appointment (other inspections-septic,pool,termite)

Buyers: Homeowners Insurance Quote

Get HOA CCRs & Utilities

Sellers: Get Title Policy-reissue credit

Almost Close:

Notification Form required at 14 days after Binding Agreement Date

Inspection Release

Check on Appraisal

Set Closing Time & send to client

Order Warranty

Send Utilities Contact information and a Connection Reminder

Set up Final Walk thru Appointment

Update your websites/social media with Sold status: Personal Website, Zillow, CRM, Social Media

Remove from any websites or ads

Turn off Realtracs Autonotify

Change Client address CRM & Contacts List, on phone

Calendar reminder to follow up with client in the future

Mail thank you letter/note to other agent

Final Settlement Statement in the file

Send ZILLOW or GOOGLE request to client for feedback
