 Forms Needed:

  • Exclusive Right to Sell Agreement
  • MLS Input Form
  • Property Disclosure
  • Lead Based Paint or other Disclosures
  • Showing Time Instructions
  • Concierge Sheet/ VIP Client Profile

To Do:

  • Send Pre-Listing Recommendation Sheet to Seller
  • Add to MLS
  • Log into Showing Time and enter showing instructions
  • Add Photographs, Website, plans, Disclosure etc to MLS
  • Add to Websites- Realtor.com, Bill’s Site and Zillow
  • Add Home Website to my list and To Do List.
  • Make a folder for Bill and Julie
  • Update 2 Contact Lists with the Client’s Information (Outlook & Top Producer)
  • Add to Calendars
  • Look up the title policy amount and email to Bill
  • Copy everything for Judy.
  • Add address on Sentrilock website to correspond with Lock Box.
  • Email the “tip” sheets to client.
  • Email the MLS listing to the client with copy of signed listing
  • Notify Bonnie/Marketing- New listing for advertisements

I appreciate the opportunity and am looking forward to serving on the Leadership Team. 
 
I have lived in the Franklin/Cool Springs area for over 15 years. I am married and have two sons ages 14 and 5. 
 
I have been a Realtor with Silverpointe for the past 6 years. I enjoy helping people navigate through the real estate transaction. I am an Enneagram 9 so I think that helps me stay calm and create union between all parties involved in the transaction.
