Local Real Estate Agencies Merge, Increasing Williamson County Presence
Residential real estate brokerage SilverPointe Properties has merged with Parks Real Estate. Locally owned and operated for nearly 20 years, SilverPointe in Franklin, Tennessee is home to 50 real estate agents who will now serve their clients under the Parks brand. The merger expands Parks’ presence, particularly in Williamson County, and affirms it’s position as the largest residential real estate firm in the state.
